Reporter

The Rush Hour’s James Brayshaw and Billy Brownless broadcast live yesterday afternoon from Melbourne Public ahead of tomorrow’s 2023 AFL Grand Final.

The Triple M duo hosted over 300 listeners and special guests who were treated to performances by Aussie band The Living End throughout the afternoon.

Former AFL players Josh Kennedy, Simon Black, Bernie Vince and Tex Walker joined the show, followed by departing AFL boss Gil McLachlan and his successor Andrew Dillion, who brought the Premiership Cup along with him.

Channel 7 Sunrise hosts Natalie Barr and Matt Shirvington also popped in to say hi.

The show ended with a Grand Final ticket giveaway to a lucky listener who won the daily quiz.

The final minutes wrapped up with Bill’s Joke which won the crowd over!
