-
Drive collaboration across content, promotions, sales and digital teams to maximise audience and commercial impact
-

-
Represent both brands in-market through events, promotions and community engagement
-
Maintain day-to-day operational excellence, including logs, form guiding, and quality control of station sound
-
Ensure compliance with ACMA regulations and ARN content standards
About you:
-
Proven experience leading content or programming in a radio, media or entertainment environment
-
Strong on-air capability, with experience delivering engaging audio content
-
Deep understanding of audience engagement, ratings performance and brand-led content delivery
-
Confident communicator who can coach talent and collaborate across teams
-
Passion for music, entertainment and storytelling, with a strong awareness of audience trends
-
Experience with playout systems (e.g. Zetta, G-Selector) and audio editing tools
-
Comfortable representing brands publicly and connecting with the local community
