The Big Goodbye: Hundreds turn out for Chrissie, Sam & Browny’s last OB

Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny breakfast show celebrated seven years of waking up Melbourne with their last outside broadcast, at the Corner Hotel in Richmond on Monday.

With a queue of guests already stretching around the block at 4.30am ahead of doors opening at 5, over 300 loyal Chrissie, Sam & Browny fans turned up for the final OB.

One even made her way from Adelaide and was rewarded with a reading from ‘Mystic Chrissie.’

Chrissie, Sam & Browny recently confirmed that 2022 will be their last year as Nova 100’s breakfast show, with their final show to go to air this Friday, 2 December.

The Big Goodbye Show was filled with memories and special guests including comedian’s Jay Pharoah (Saturday Night Live), Anne Edmonds and Dave O’Neil.

Regulars Titus O’Reily and Peter Hitchener also dropped by.

During the OB, the team sold t-shirts with all funds going to their chosen charities below:

Over $3000 was raised during the morning.

Deano – Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service
