State funeral today for Derryn Hinch

A state funeral for broadcaster and former senator Derryn Hinch is being held today, Monday July 20, at midday AEST at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

You must RSVP should you wish to attend in person. You can get tickets, which are free, until 11am.

The memorial, celebrating the life of the human headline, who died on July 10, is being led by Hinch’s long-time friend and fellow broadcaster Darren James, with a special tribute by journalist Ray Martin.

The service will also be broadcast live on 9Now, Channel 7 and 7plus.
