2DayFM’s Nath & Emma broadcast live from Sydney’s World Cup fan zone

2DayFM Breakfast duo Nath & Emma took to the streets this morning, broadcasting live from the official FIFA World Cup Fan Zone at Sydney’s Tumbalong Park.

From 5:00am, Nath & Emma took centre stage, hyping up thousands of die-hard Spanish and Argentine football fans, many of whom had braved the Sydney winter weather and camped out overnight.

Nath & Emma then left the stage to broadcast live from the middle of the crowd, positioned directly in front of the giant screens to capture all the action.

As Spain claimed a dramatic 1-0 extra time victory over Argentina, Nath & Emma captured the winning moment live on air.

Away from the pitch, Emma Chow kept listeners across the halftime show, with updates on performances from Justin Bieber, Shakira, Post Malone, BTS and Madonna, and news of all the latest celebrity sightings from the stands – from Beyonce to the Beckhams.

Nath & Emma can be heard from 6.00am–9.00am weekdays on Sydney’s 104.1 2DayFM and anytime on LiSTNR.
