Rescue Chopper gets a $45K Boost

It was a big weekend across the South Coast with the annual 2EC & Power FM Radiothon. Now in its 32nd year, $45,789.50 was raised for the Snowy Hydro South Care Aero Medical Rescue Helicopter Services. 

East Coast Radio General Manager Greg Clark said – “It was just an incredible effort from the entire community, once again demonstrating amazing spirit in supporting an essential service” …

Snowy Hydro CEO Kris Kimball says “It’s one of the highest figures they’ve ever seen, and it’s overwhelming to see the support from the South Coast community.”

The money raised will go towards further resourcing the Snowy Hydro South Care Aero Medical Rescue Helicopter Services
