Nova’s Fitzy, Wippa & Kate deliver life-changing win for listener

This week on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie, the team broadcast the show live from Sydney City Kia in Alexandria, as they gave away a brand-new Kia Sportage SX Hybrid, valued at over $50,000.

Since the beginning of the year, listeners who went up against Kate in the 8am Quiz ‘I’m Still Standing’ have been going into the draw to win.

Yesterday, over 200 Sydneysiders came along to watch the show live and find out if they were the lucky winner.

But there could only be one.

At 8am Kate, opened an envelope from the car-boot and revealed the winner – Emma from Wahroonga.

Emma and her husband James have just welcomed a baby, 9-week old Charlotte, and have been looking around to upsize to a new car but couldn’t afford it.

Emma broke down in tears, saying the prize will be life changing for her family.
