Local and loving it: Max’s radio tour rolls into town

Charles ‘Max’ Maxwell is a bit of a local rockstar.

Having called the Shoalhaven home for the past twelve years, the 2ST Breakfast host is a well-known figure in his community. And whether he’s casting a line or driving around the countryside, Max reckons he lives in the greatest place on earth.

Now – like all great rockstars – Max has gone on tour, forging a new level of connection with listeners across the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands region of New South Wales.

This week, he’s out visiting his favourite places across the coast and the highlands, meeting listeners and broadcasting live as part of his ‘Local & Loving It Tour.’

From enjoying the harbourside views in Ulladulla to whale-spotting in Jervis Bay, Max is having a ball.

This morning, the tour rolls into Bowral, where Max will broadcast live from The Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame between 7 and 9.
