And then there were three.

EARSAY – the audio production company founded by Fox FM’s former Head of Production Dom Evans – continues to grow, welcoming video producer Nina McCarthy-Gray on board.

Amid the increasing demand for video podcasts, Dom said on LinkedIn “We’ve become more than an audio production company, with video making up a huge part of what we do. This added capacity was much needed, and Nina has been the best addition to our team.”

“I remember jokingly putting up a ‘meet the team’ slide years ago which had my photo above every single role in the business, it feels good to be swapping me out.”

“We couldn’t be more excited about what we’re building here.”

Of the EARSAY journey, Dom told Radio Today last year “I didn’t have a master plan from the outset, but I knew I wanted it to be bigger than freelance. I knew it had to be a company.”

Just seventeen months in, Dom hired his first full-time staffer in audio and digital producer James Coster.

Today, the Melbourne-based company works with clients around the world on podcasts, advertising and sound design for audio, video and animation.
