And that’s a wrap for 2TM at the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival

Celebrating 90 years of broadcasting in 2025, 2TM has wrapped up its official coverage of the 53rd Tamworth Country Music Festival.

Across the 10 days of festival focused programming, the 2TM broadcast team consisting of Sharnae Birkett, Jon Wolfe and Dan Saunders conducted a total of 165 interviews with some of Australia’s favourite country music singer-songwriters and performers. 2TM’s team also delivered live coverage of the 53rd Golden Guitar Awards.

2TM also presented its third annual 2TM Discovered Quest, with Tamworth local Cody Walker chosen as the 2025 winner by the panel of guest judges consisting of country music stars Taylor Moss, Zac & George and Jimbo Stokes.

The Encouragement Award was given to Lily-Grace Grant of the Northern Rivers region, NSW.
