2GB’s Ben Fordham chats backyard cricket on Nova 96.9

This morning on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie, the team was joined by 2GB Breakfast host Ben Fordham.

Ben popped by to confirm his spot on Nova’s Backyard Cricket charity match on Monday.

He also opened up about his frosty relationship with the PM over the past year.

Ben: Albo and I, we had a bit of a difficult year last year.

Fitzy: What happened?

Ben: Oh, we just had a couple of interviews that just got a bit punchy, weren’t too flash for him … so it might be a bit uncomfortable at his place for backyard cricket!
