Chief Commercial Officer Seb Rennie is parting ways with SCA after three and a half years with the company.

On LinkedIn, Rennie said his role had been impacted by a change to the operating model post-merger.

As a result, he will be leaving the business this week.

“It’s been a fantastic journey and a real privilege to have led the commercial team through a period of success delivering sustained revenue and market share growth, standout Media I scores, 2025 AdNews Sales Team of the Year and helping to scale LiSTNR into a market leading digital audio player.”

“To the team – thank you. I’m proud of what we have built together over the last three and a half years, and grateful for the people – colleagues, clients and partners – I got to build it with.”

It comes as Southern Cross Media Group (SCA) announces the appointment of Natalie Harvey to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer, effective September.

Reporting directly to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Rohan Lund, Harvey will lead SCA’s commercial strategy with a heavy in-market focus, driving premium revenue and active business development.

SCA says Harvey is uniquely positioned to lead commercial growth across its unified national portfolio, bringing deep expertise across both television and audio platforms and a proven track record of building digital commercial businesses.
