New EP for Mix 102.3’s breakfast, but line-up remains a mystery

Shaun Sandilands has revealed he’s leaving Brisbane to take up the role of Executive Producer on Mix 102.3’s breakfast show in 2022.

Shaun’s the former producer of 4KQ’s Laurel, Gary & Mark.

However, the breakfast line-up for Mix 102.3 remains a mystery after Mark Soderstrom from Erin Phillips & Soda for Breakfast signed off from the station last year.

Erin Phillips will remain part of the breakfast team, with ARN saying late last year an announcement on the new breakfast show “will be made soon”.

It’s widely speculated former ABC Breakfast presenter Ali Clarke might join the program, but neither Clarke nor Mix have confirmed the move.

Mix 102.3’s breakfast show was 4th in the market in the last survey of the year, with the station scoring 10.9% overall, in second place in the Adelaide market.

Very proud of you Shaun!
You’ll do great things like you have here in Brisbane with 4KQ.

Go well.
