SCA stablemates Bodge and Stephen Cenatiempo go head-to-head over Jones interview
Hit Mid North Coast‘s Jason ‘Bodge’ Bodger has found himself embroiled in a tit-for-tat with Triple M ‘Australia By Night’ host Stephen Cenatiempo over their views on Alan Jones.
Bodge initially took issue with the way that 2GB veteran Jones conducted a now-infamous interview with Sydney Opera House CEO Louise Herron last Friday.
“Alan Jones, you are outdated, out of touch and your influence won’t last for much longer,” said Bodge.
“You’re on the way out, sunshine.”
This initial rant caught the eye of fellow SCA broadcaster, Triple M jock and multi-ACRA winner Stephen Cenatiempo.
Stephen, who has previously declared himself “a political animal”, took issue with Bodge criticising fellow broadcaster Jones.
“It really annoys me when another broadcaster tries to ride on the coattails of someone like Alan Jones and tries to make a name for themselves.
“Get off your high horse mate!
“Pull your head in sunshine!”
Bodge wasn’t about to take the hit lying down and responded this morning to Stephen’s comments.
“Imagine my surprise when I heard he’d had a pop at me,” he said.
“I’m flattered that Stephen has gone against his moral code of not calling people out to make an exception for me.”

I seriously can’t be the only one who finds this so uninteresting and unfunny? Some of the dullest content I’ve heard in a while, and HOW is this relevant to your market/audience? Snooze. Bodge tryna get that name by “controversial” content but it’s one dimensional and boring.
Who thought that the mmm audience cares about this? Lazy content and all about the ego. Why would you stick up for Alan? I could go on and on and on just like the CDs at sca and everyone else. Not an acra winning moment. #knowyouraudience

You’re not alone Frank.What absolute garbage listening. And who is this guy attempting to belittle Alan. Cannot believe people listen to that rubbish. And his song attempt…. shut it down after first line. Just WOW. Are there listeners 12? Nice attempt for attention by dropping a name that everyone does know. I’ve already forgotten this guys name in the story. Definitely won’t be one we’ll be hearing again anytime soon no doubt.
Alan Jones needed to be called out for his disrespect. I don’t care who you are, or how much influence you have, that is not the way you speak to someone! Absolutely disgusting and outdated behaviour. Bringing her on the show just to speak to her like trash.
Keep calling it out Bodge! I guess our generation will be the ones putting a stop to this behaviour.
I don’t know who Steven is, but he’s obviously a little sour that his time is coming to an end and the next generation is moving in. ♀️
