Mickey Maher chats regional radio and more on ‘The Radio Randomly Podcast’

Sea FM Central Coast‘s Daniel ‘Gawndy’ Gawned chats with Mickey Maher as The Radio Randomly Podcast returns for its second season.

Southern Cross Austereo‘s group regional content director joined Gawndy to chat about changing perceptions of regional radio, rising talent, the rebranding of SCA’s regional radio network, and placing on Radio Today’s Top 50 Most Influential People in Australian Radio.

“I go about my day with the intent always to… how can I help people be better? How can I make radio better? How can I make our business better,” says Mickey.

“I understand the enormity of what I do and the responsibility that comes with that.

“I want my legacy at some point to be, that Mickey played a role in making regional radio better.”
