About the role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Brand Experience Lead to join our Brand Experience team based in Sydney.

What you’ll be doing:

As our newest Brand Experience Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting, managing, executing, and communicating targeted activations and brand experiences to make our product shine in the market. Working closely with our Content team, you’ll create engaging initiatives to attract listeners and meet our objectives, including brand experience activities, branding efforts, digital strategies, and social media campaigns.

Partnering with our Brand Experience Director, you’ll lead, coach, and develop our team of Brand Experience Specialists and other support functions. We’re looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence, humility, respect, and resilience to lead all audience-related activities effectively.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
  • Excellent people and resource management skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
  • Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects at a high pace with ease
  • Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences
