Will & Woody are trying to swap their way to a yacht

Former Assistant Editor

KIIS Network national Drive duo Will and Woody made an early return this week, no doubt in an attempt to get the jump on the competition.

They’ve embarked on a challenge this week too, starting out with some skincare cream, with the end goal to keep swapping it until they end up with a yacht.

Will and Woody have given themselves two weeks to do it. Thus far they’ve managed to swap up to a full Storm Trooper outfit from Star Wars which they clearly enjoyed having around the office.

Yesterday the boys got a bit closer to the ocean, trading up to a sea kayak live on radio.

The swap-up concept isn’t exactly foreign to radio, but if successful it can make for a great saga, as proved by former triple j Breakfast hosts Matt and Alex in 2014.

In one of the most successful trade segments in recent memory, Matt and Alex started out with a scratchie, before trading up to a Pokemon card, then an old car, and a pregnant alpaca.

But they weren’t done yet. They then knitted the alpaca fleece into a blanket, traded it for a diamond ring, and then finally a shaved ice businesses, which Matt and Alex then donated to the Red Frogs.

Let us know if you think Will and Woody will be able to pull this one off.

Need more than a week to “get the jump” on any of the competition.

I hear Kyle is barking up the chain about being dragged down in drive while his show is on the up.
