Tommy Little to exit Nova100

The carnage of all the Melbourne breakfast changes for 2016 continues, with confirmation this morning that Tommy Little will not be returning to breakfast radio.

On-Air this morning Tommy said: “I did want to take a chance to just say thank you to all the staff here. We’ve got a fantastic team around us. I’ve had such a great two years doing the show, I’ve had such a great two years with you (Meshel). Let’s celebrate what’s been a really great time and let’s smash out some really funny shows.” 

By December it will bring to a close two years of Meshel & Tommy on Nova100. Only two weeks back ARN announced that Meshel Laurie was jumping ship to KIIS 101.1 and NE countered with the news Chrissie Swan would be part of the new breakfast team on Nova100.

Louise Higgins, NOVA Entertainment COO said, “We would like to thank Meshel & Tommy for their outstanding contribution to Nova and the laughs they have provided listeners with over the past two years. Tommy and Meshel are talented comedians and have been a great team. We wish them well with their adventures.”

NE is not giving away who will join Chrissie in the New Year, only to say: “Nova 100’s exciting new line up for 2016 will be announced in due course.”
