Things I Wish I Knew Earlier: B105’s Abby Coleman launches limited podcast series
B105 Brisbane Breakfast co-host Abby Coleman has launched an eight-part limited podcast miniseries called Things I Wish I Knew Earlier, now streaming on LiSTNR.
The series offers listeners a glimpse into the unfiltered side of Abby – delving into conversations and personal stories that go far deeper than breakfast radio allows.

Born out of an off-air conversation between Abby and B105 Digital Producer Caitlin, the podcast captures the candid advice, lived experience, and hard-won lessons Abby is famous for sharing behind the scenes.
Joined by Executive Producer Ash and Caitlin, the three women – each in a different decade of life – explore the big (and small) challenges that shape us.
Across the series, Abby and her co-hosts unpack body image, reproductive health, relationships, knowing your worth and actually asking for that pay rise — all with the aim of giving listeners the life lessons they wish they’d learnt earlier.
Abby says “They say you shouldn’t regret things in life but that’s bollocks… I’ve accepted things and learnt from them and grew but somethings I really regret not learning earlier… maybe this podcast could be a cheat sheet to accelerate life lessons!”
The debut episode explores what it really means to be true to yourself – learning how to express your emotions authentically. Abby opens up about how being told she was “too much” led her to suppress feelings, which manifested in destructive patterns.
Things I Wish I Knew Earlier drops new episodes every Thursday for the next eight weeks exclusively on LiSTNR. Listen to episodes here.
Sign of a great talent when you get this level product with new co-hosts.
Maybe this is the year someone takes a shot at an all female line up?
