The Christian O’Connell Show knocks it into the park

Last Friday, Gold 104.3’s The Christian O’Connell Show took over Melbourne’s Kia Arena as part of ARN’s partnership with the Australian Open to deliver an epic event: Knock It Into The Park.

The challenge? To serve a tennis ball over the arena’s roof, across the net and into the service box.

Broadcast live on Gold 104.3 and supported by Racquet World, 16 listeners took on what seemed like an impossible challenge.

The eventual winner was Tetsuo, a listener who came SO close – just one metre shy of the target.

His slamming effort earned him VIP tickets to both the men’s and women’s finals.
