On-Air, Online, Outdoor – Delivers for KFC

The KIIS FM Network and iHeartRadio Australia teamed up with APN’s Adshel over summer for a combined 3 phase campaign for the KFC Summer Sounds.

The Home Cricket Ground or HCG campaign first kicked off on-air across the KIIS Network in early December. At the same time a custom branded KFC Summer FM surfaced on iHeartRadio along with a campaign across Adshels digital network with special listening locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Adshel also set up their own “Virtual Home Cricket Ground” at selected locations.

The competition part of the campaign saw one person win the Ultimate Home Cricket Ground Package worth 10k. To enter they had to visit the dedicated win page on a KIIS site and upload a picture of themselves at their own HCG. That photo gallery then spread across the Adshel outdoor network into railway stations across Sydney, with the winner then being highlighted.
