Jackie O reportedly to be subpoenaed by ARN

With the exception of her March 6 statement contradicting ARN’s ASX release which said:

“I am deeply saddened by the events of the past week and the possibility of the show ending. This has come as a shock to me, as it has to everyone else… The current media narrative does not reflect what actually occurred, and it has been truly heartbreaking to see how this has unfolded. At this stage, I am unable to say anything further, as I am addressing this through the appropriate legal channels.” 

Jackie Henderson has indeed, said nothing further.

That is until, according to Irene Hulme on the Game Changers Radio podcast, ARN requested and had approved measures to serve a subpoena through the Federal Court to obtain documents from her to then potentially be used in their case against Kyle Sandilands. You can listen below.

Irene and co-host Craig Bruce also alluded to a possible rift between Jackie and her best friend and manager Gemma O’Neill. In the weeks since Gemma hosted a retreat with Meghan Markle under what was Jackie and her joint Her Best Life venture, Gemma has removed much of herself from social channels, with only the podcast still available to listen to.

Craig Bruce said of the subpoena that any witness or documents obtained are likely to be used for the ARN case involving Kyle Sandilands. In Jackie’s own case they can directly request documents, but can’t in the other, as she is not a party, hence they need the court to issue a subpoena.

The documents would include text messages, emails, medical reports, contracts, diary notes, internal memos and the like from and to not just Jackie and Kyle but also Gemma, Duncan Campbell, Derek Bargwanna and others that Jackie was in contact with on a regular basis.

Irene said:

‘I wonder if this is a tactic by ARN to settle?’

The answer to that will be revealed in the coming weeks.
