“I’ve struggled with a few things.” Christian Petracca opens up about his mental health with Jase & Lauren

This morning on Nova 100’s Jase & Lauren, Demons superstar Christian Petracca opened up about his mental health challenges:

Christian told the guys “I see a psychologist every week. I think they’re an absolutely amazing tool.”

“I’ve struggled with a few things in the past with anxiety and stress and external pressure and internal pressure.”

Clint: “There’d be a lot of blokes listening in their cars right now who would be surprised to hear that someone like Christian Petracca, who’s so well made, has to see psychologists – good.”

Jase: “It’s good! No one’s above it!”

Christian: “Everyone’s going through something, big or small. And the ability to talk to someone, talk to your family, talk to you friends is so important.”
