Here’s one way to get talent to listen

Every Program Director knows it can often be a challenge to get your breakfast talent to focus and listen to you during meetings.

They've been up since 4am, they've worked hard, and now it's 9.30am and PD's want to chat about the show and plan future content.

Nova 106.9 PD Jay Walkerden has come up with an interesting way to test Ash, Kip & Luttsy.

At the end of every meeting he asks a series of questions about what they talked about. If any member of the team gets a question wrong, they have to play 'The Sauce Game'.

Ash couldn't answer a question this week so he had to take a sip of the mystery fluid.
