Foodie heaven: Culinary Archive podcast returns for Season 2

Renowned food journalist Lee Tran Lam is back to explore the complex stories behind Australia’s foodways, launching Season 2 of the Culinary Archive podcast.

From milk and honey to mushrooms, wine and seaweed, this weekly, six-episode Powerhouse audio series explores a fascinating array of food stories, giving new insights into changes in Australia’s culinary landscape.

The first episode, Milk, features Messina’s head chef/owner Donato Toce. The second episode – which dropped this week – focuses on eel.

The podcast boasts guests including chef Ahana Dutt (Firedoor, Raja), award-winning cookbook author Emiko Davies and cheese judge Mike Butler.
