Fifi, Fev and Nick showcase The Big Fox

Melbourne’s 101.9 Fifi, Fev and Nick recently completed a week-long road trip, taking ‘The Big Fox’ around Melbourne to showcase their mascot.

The team created Big Fox to rival well-known icons around Australia like The Big Banana, The Big Prawn and The Big Merino. 

To introduce the unofficial mascot of Melbourne, the team took on a listener’s advice and towed the mascot on a road trip from the city centre, down to Rye then around to Anglesea. 

Things were going well, and The Big Fox was introduced to listeners, school students and locals around Melbourne. 

Then things went wrong – The Big Fox was stolen.

Later, the mascot turned up, vandalised.

Once found, the thief had made an interesting modification to The Big Fox.
