Destination Cairns: Dylan Finch enjoying new role at Star 102.7 and 4CA

AFTRS graduate Dylan Finch continues to kick some impressive career goals.

He’s now one month into his latest gig as Operations Manager and Announcer at ARN’s Cairns stations Star 102.7 and 4CA.

Previously he was Workday Announcer and Operations Manager at Power FM in the New South Wales Hunter Valley.

Dylan recently posted to social media about his impending move north.

“And that’s a wrap for my time with Power FM in the Hunter Valley. What a ride the last just over 2 years has been.”

“There were ups and down but in the end, I made some fantastic radio and memories.”

“I’m pumped to gain a new work family and friends and take on new challenges plus be warm all year ’round.”

Born and raised in Sydney, Dylan’s radio journey began as a teenager and has taken in stations including Sydney’s 2NSB, 2NZ and Gem FM in Inverell, Canberra’s 2CC and Goulburn’s 2GN and Eagle FM.
