Ben, Liam & Belle on Survey 1: “Long way to go, good base to grow.”

The shoes of Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and Jonathon Brown were always going to be big ones to fill, but Nova 100’s new breakfast team of Ben, Liam & Belle is thanking Melbourne for giving them a go.

And they’re treating the first survey of 2023 as a solid foundation on which to build.

The trio recorded a 7.3, which – whilst down .2 – still puts it ahead of both KIIS and Triple M in Melbourne Breakfast.

In their unique style, Ben, Liam & Belle told Radio Today:

“We’re stoked with the results today.”

“Thanks so much to the people of Melbourne for embracing the show and giving us their ears every morning.”

“We still have a long way to go and are treating this result as a good base to grow from but by Survey 2 we thoroughly believe that we will have overtaken Ross and Russel on 3AW.”

In Adelaide – where Ben, Liam & Belle remain on air between 6 and 7am – Nova went up from 9.3 to 11.7 in Breakfast.

The trio retained a show in Adelaide, having endeared themselves to audiences there over the past couple of years.
