Tracy Johnson releases new online radio training course

Tracy Johnson Media Group has unveiled a new online training course for radio talent of any level.

The comprehensive course; Tracy Johnson‘s Audience Magnet, contains 58 on-demand videos aimed at providing the tools, support and training to become a success in radio.

Johnson told Radio Today the new course is set to fill an industry gap in meaningful feedback and critique, resulting from stations who’ve “cut their budget to the bone.

“It’s shocking how many air personalities have reached out to me and said it has been YEARS since they’ve had a critique…good or bad… from their supervisor,” Johnson said.

After examining various degrees from multiple broadcasting schools and colleges, Johnson discovered that most failed to educate beyond the basic mechanics of operating a show.

“This course fills all of those gaps. It’s truly a course that will provide resources and value to anyone that is – or wants to-perform on the air.”

The course also comes with a detailed workbook with exercises to help those studying to apply the lessons to their own career.
