Alan Jones & Mark Latham are cooking up a storm

Alan Jones has inexplicably teamed up with media maverick and former Federal opposition leader Mark Latham for a new cook book.

Conversations In The Kitchen: Good Food, Great Friends isn’t just about the food though, with unlikely bedfellows Jones and Latham sharing their expert musings on topics including Australia’s nationhood, their childhoods and the people they’ve met in their respective careers.

The book will showcase radio legend Jones and rogue media commentator Latham’s taking on a perplexingly wide variety of dishes.

These will include “classic Indian dishes, Asian favourites, Italian pasta meals, seafood sensations as well as staple meals like hearty soups, fresh salads, puddings and sweet things.”

“What we wanted to show in this book is that there is such variety in food now – it’s amazing,” say Jones and Latham.

The book by the aspiring cooks does not yet have an official release date.
