Traffic Jams hits record traffic numbers

Staff Writer

Traffic Jams produces high quality traffic themes for all formats and provides them at no charge through their website (here).

Throughout 2013, nearly 19 GIG of traffic has been serviced through Traffic Jams, with the site approaching 200,000 hits for 2013. The site has users from Australia to the UK, Ireland, NZ, Italy, Sweden, Norway, China, Canada and Russia.

There are new “Fresh Jams” updated monthly on site, with every traffic theme unique to Traffic Jams and not available elsewhere.

Creative Director Ric Wade (pictured) has announced an upgrade of the Traffic Jams site, to make it easier for radio stations to download the available themes.

The site as moved to full back-end integration of HTML5, replacing the Adobe® Flash® audio engine.

Wade says; "Using HTML5 as our audio playback engine gives across- the-board compatibility for clients of Traffic Jams. It provides cross-platform accessibility that was not always previously available, particularly on some mobile and tablet devices".

If you feel your stations traffic bed needs an upgrade, visit Traffic Jams here.
