Something more in your price range?

Earlier this week, we took a peek inside Kyle’s old digs in Sydney, yours for a cool 3 million or so in loose change. Today we noticed Dave Hughes place in St Kilda Melbourne is up for grabs.

It’s a three bedroom Victorian terrace, which they are saying should punch above $2 Million or more.

Might need to compare bathrooms here though.

Kyle’s  versus Hughesy’  – now keep in mind Dave has a wife and a couple of kids.

It’s all in good fun.

The Master Bedroom is up top with two bedrooms below, two bathrooms and swish glass-enclosed kitchen which leads to  a landscaped courtyard and garden.
