Sea FM listeners shed for a wedding

Following a long, but compelling, story arc played out on Sea FM's Breakfast show with 'Galey, Baggs and Charli', two Gold Coast listeners were married this week.

The twist was that there were two couples in line to be married, and to win they had to shed the most weight with the final weigh-in occurring on the day. Neither couple were aware of whether they would in fact be married that day until the final weigh-in.

Listeners Nathan and Tara between them lost 24 kilograms to win the 'on the spot' wedding. Through the 'Shedding for a Wedding' story arc, there were many content touchpoints, including fitness regimes, bucks nights, hens nights, and even dance lessons.
