Sam & Ant to host Breakfast on Darwin’s Hot100

The Sam and Ant show is heading for the Top End, with Samual Mansfield and Anthony Johnston to host Breakfast at ARN’s Hot100 in Darwin.

The popular brekky duo from Goulburn’s 93.5 Eagle FM will be on air at Hot100 from October 13.

Hot100 Content Director Sarah Passalick says “I was hooked as soon as I heard the guys. They sound like good mates willing to give anything a go! The Darwin community is going to love that about them and they are going to have so many opportunities for their content to make a huge impact in this city, and in radio as a whole! Can’t wait to welcome them into the team!”

“Hot100 is the number one station in Darwin and we think this town is going to love getting to know Sam and Ant. With over 60,000 listeners per week and a growing digital presence, the station continues to be a vital voice in Darwin.”

Ant said “I’m so excited to start up in Darwin at hot 100 that I feel like a frog on heat. Everyone we’ve met at the station has been so smart welcoming and fun.”

Sam said “I’m so excited to sell all my winter gear and head on up. So thankful for the opportunity and can’t wait to get stuck in. I also heard the sea life is really friendly.”

Sam and Ant’s appointment follows the recent news that Hot100 Darwin Breakfast host Lauren ‘Davo’ Davidson is joining Tim Bolch on Drive at Geelong’s K rock, while Jess Pantou Qazi heads off on 12 months of maternity leave.
