New chapter for ARN’s Duncan Campbell after 15 years and 115 metro surveys
After fifteen years and a grand total of 115 metro radio surveys, Duncan Campbell has officially wrapped up his final book as Chief Content Officer at ARN.
Campbell now transitions to a consulting and advisory role – part of a strategic leadership restructure which saw Lauren Joyce take on the newly-created role of ARN’s Chief Audience & Content Officer.
In a LinkedIn post, Campbell – who joined ARN in 2010 – remains optimistic about the future of radio.
“It’s been a fantastic time working with a great content team on and off the air who have always punched above their weight and helped us achieve the ratings success we have and continue to enjoy.”
“Radio is going through challenging times at the moment but that will pass and with listening slowly migrating to digital and the potential of video beyond socials not yet realised the medium will continue to evolve and adapt.”
“I know I’m a big advocate for radio but those who are predicting the demise of radio will be proven wrong, as they have been time and time again over the past 50 years.”
