Macquarie Media has made the Content Director’s position redundant at now Magic 2CH. It brings to a close Mardi Cole’s 8 year run with the Sydney station.  Mardi started as a casual, moving into the Content Directors position in 2014.

Peter Yiamarelos is now the Regional New South Wales Content Director and re-joining the network is Luke Toohey, who will take on the new role of Regional Content Director for Victoria and South Australia.

After a 16 month tilt on arvos on HOT FM Townville, Bethany Larsen is on the move south. From April 1 she is joining hti104.7 in Canberra on afternoons.

Billy Mcferran is the new Content Director SCA in Shepparton. Last year Billy was the CD at NEW FM and 2HD in Newcastle. Billy returns to SCA after working for the company in Hobart, Perth and Newcastle.

Ryan Tothill has re-joined the SCA ranks from KIIS 106.5 Sydney. He is the new CD for hit107 Adelaide. Ryan was Group CD for SCA’s SEA and 2GO FM on the Central Coast before joining ARN with KIIS106.5 in Sydney. Ryan also worked at B105  Brisbane as MD and Assistant CD along with a couple of other metro markets for SCA., Ryan’s ACD will be Alexis Kuchel and John Bleby remains as Breakfast EP for hit107.

After 7 years with The Radio Network and NZME, Reagan White; Assistant Content Director at The Hits in NZ has jumped ship. He is joining MediaWorks The Edge as Music Director for all Edge Platforms on both Radio and Television.

Brad McNally has secured the Content Directors role for Hot Tomato on the Gold Coast. Brad was most recently the CD at 96FM in Perth and will make the move East to join the team on the GC from March 7.

Digby Gillings who was with Nova 1069 in Brisbane has moved down the coast and is now the anchor for Galey and Charli on Sea FM.

After a 9 year run at HOT91 on Sunshine Coast, Lee Bevington has pulled the pin. He said: “Time to give more time to our family where I am needed more than ever, especially now with our eldest in school”. He will also be focussing on growing his entertainment business.

Alisson Longhurst has moved to the Gold Coast to be the EP  of Galey and Charli on Sea FM. Alisson was at KIIS FM as Exec Producer for Matt Tilley and Meshel Laurie in Melbourne.
