Rachel McLarnon is heading north and joining Hit105 Brisbane. Rachel has been on morning on NXFM Newcastle.

Jules Lund is moving Off-Air and into a new strategic role with SCA. Dave Cameron, Head of National Content and Development said: “Jules Lund is a thought leader in the digital marketing space and moves in to a strategic role that allows SCA to capitalise on these strengths. From consulting to the countries largest media agencies to directing branded content, Jules will help ensure SCA is future ready with innovation at its core.”

Ned & Josh are a couple of mates who six months back landed a gig doing dawns across SCA’s regional network out of the Gold Coast. Across the summer break they covered breakfast across the regional network and now they have made the move West, to be the new network breakfast team for HOT FM WA.

Kaycee Bould has joined Nims for the new Mixx FM breakfast show “The Daily Grind” for the ACE Network. Kaycee comes from sister station TRFM.

Michael “Whitto” Whittington and Ash Blucher are Star FM Riverina’s new Breakfast team. Back in 2013, Whitto and Ash spent a year learning the radio biz and co-hosting several pop up stations together with AFTRS. Once they graduated, they went their separate ways. Michael in Wagga with Star FM workdays and Ashleigh at Power FM in Bega. Now the two of them are back together.

Michael Price has resigned as Content Director for Bundaberg Broadcasters’ Hitz 939 and 4BU. Michael plans to relocate back to Brisbane to be closer to family, and pursue other opportunities

Josh Olek is moving from Grants Wave FM in Wollongong to  do Mornings and Assistant Music Director at Grants K-Rock and Bay FM in Geelong.

International broadcasting and digital media exec Michelle Guthrie will succeed Mark Scott as the Managing Director of the ABC.

Mel Greig is making her return back to radio and joining Travis Winks on WAVE FM Wollongong for breakfast in 2016.

After three years with the station, Laura McGoldrick exited the Hauraki Breakfast show. While she is leaving her buddies (or as they call themselves “bottom feeders”) Jeremy Well and Heath behind, she is not leaving NZME. Laura is moving into a wider NZME group role as a presenter for radio, video and events.
