More departures from what was the Kyle & Jackie O Show

There have been a few more departures from the team behind the Kyle and Jackie O Show with content producer Alfie Laguzza (middle row – wearing the lanyard), digital content producer Eliza Brown (black top next to Alfie) and audio producer Dean Royston (back row with the beard) all leaving the network.

Pete Deppeler, sitting in the front, switched to join The Christian O’Connell Show, commencing today Monday May 25. Show Director Bruno Bouchet departed last month. He and Alfie work with Kyle Sandilands directly.

A spokesperson for ARN said:

“ARN has been able to redeploy the majority of team members from The Kyle & Jackie O Show. Unfortunately, a small number of roles could not be accommodated elsewhere in the business, and
those individuals will be leaving ARN. Our focus is on ensuring everyone impacted is treated with care and respect and supported through this transition. We thank them for their contribution during their time at ARN.”

The new ARN and GOLD Network show The Long Weekend, featuring Karl Stefanovic and Eddie McGuire will commence in a couple of weeks and will need good audio, digital and content producers. Who is to fill those roles will not be the three above.

There is also the new project that Kyle announced too. According to news.com.au, Dean has joined Alfie and Bruno, working with Kyle. What that next move is, remains to be seen.

All that for one show ? it’s a wonder ARN hasn’t got rid of more

Assuming she was the successor to Ella “Lingus” Kanna who of course departed ARN in October last year, Eliza Brown didn’t last all that long as a digital content producer for KIIS Breakfast!

One can reasonably assume that any audio, digital and content producers for The Long Weekend are likely to be Melbourne-based (rather than Sydney as per all these KIIS staff) which seems to be the case for most non-J&A related facets of Gold these days.
