NOVA Entertainment is set to welcome one of Australia’s most candid self‑development podcasts, Do You F***ing Mind?, to the Nova Podcasts network.

Created and hosted by cognitive neuroscientist Alexis Fernandez, Do You F***ing Mind? is a mindset and behaviour-change podcast billed as ‘mindset hacks for a badass life.’

Unapologetically direct, the show blends neuroscience and psychology with zero fluff, challenging listeners to take ownership of their thoughts, habits and self-respect, and to rethink the relationship they have with themselves.

Monday deep dives unpack the science behind emotions, identity and behaviour change, while Friday ‘Head Noise’ Q&A episodes tackle real listener dilemmas head-on.

Since launching during Alexis’ Masters in Neuroscience, the show has recorded around 125,000 monthly downloads in Australia and more than 300,000 globally.

Beyond audio, Do You F***ing Mind? has grown into a multiplatform brand with strong community connection across social media and live experiences.

Alexis has amassed a combined social following of almost 200K and the brand has successfully extended into ticketed live shows, taking the podcast from headphones to the stage.

The broader ecosystem also includes owned digital platforms and products, strengthening its position as a scalable commercial offering.
