Luke Bona lands new role at 2GB
Reporter
Luke Bona has found a new home at Sydney’s 2GB, just weeks after his Triple M overnight show The Night Shift was axed.
Bona will fill in for Drive host Clinton Maynard over Easter, while also appearing regularly on Phil O’Neil’s overnight show on 2GB and Brisbane’s 4BC.

From this week, Bona will deliver The Bona Report live between 4am and 5am every Thursday morning.
2GB Breakfast host Ben Fordham announced the news this morning.
Bona – who previously worked at 2GB for 12 years – told Fordham it’s a homecoming of sorts: “2GB was my first job out of school. 18th of September 1978. (I was an) office boy, and then I became a panel operator.”
Bona joins another former Triple M colleague in Mark ‘MG’ Geyer at 2GB after he too parted ways with SCA.
