Kyle & Jackie O gear up for 7th annual Toy Drive.

Kyle & Jackie O have again joined forces with Toymate to help brighten up Christmas for sick children in hospital.

For the seventh year running, the KIIS Breakfast duo have continued their partnership with Sydney Children’s Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital, while extending their reach with Melbourne-based charity, Koala Kids.

Koala Kids is volunteer-driven and dedicated to providing supporting children and young people during cancer treatment and their families.

In a show of support, Toymate CEO Danny Bloom rang the The Kyle & Jackie O Show to donate $120,000 to the Toy Drive.

Kyle said “When we go into the hospitals, it makes you, as an adult, feel very small and humbled when seeing these tiny little kids with their tubes. But through the sickness, the cancers, the brain tumours and the suffering, they are still so happy. It melts the toughest heart down to nothing.”

Listeners can get involved and contribute to the cause by visiting their local Toymate store, where they can purchase a gift card to donate. This gift card will allow sick children to receive the toys they’ve dreamed of, making their hospital stay that little bit easier.
