The Kid LAROI to kick off Nova’s Red Room Live Stream series for 2021

The Kid LAROI

Aussie rapper The Kid LAROI will kick off Nova’s Red Room Live Stream series for 2021 with a virtual experience later this month.

The livestreamed event will include an exclusive Q&A where fans will have the chance to chat with the 17-year-old artist. Tickets to the livestream can be won by listening to the Nova Network and entering via Nova’s website.

The Kid LAROI released his debut album, F*ck Love, in July last year. He then followed up with a deluxe version of the record, F*ck Love (Savage), in November, which went on to top the ARIA Albums Chart, making him the youngest Australian solo artist to do so. Overall, his catalogue has been streamed more than 1 billion times, including nearly 150 million streams in Australia.

More recently, LAROI collaborated with Justin Bieber on the pop singer’s track ‘Unstable’, recorded for his March album Justice, and covered Drake’s ‘Shot For Me’ for Spotify’s Singles series.

Nova’s Red Room Live Steam first launched in April last year amid the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.

The network’s in-person Red Rooms returned late last year with Guy Sebastian, Amy Shark, Ruel and Jessica Mauboy.

Nova’s Red Room has to be one of the strongest brands for artist events in the country. Other networks need to look at how they keep nailing it and learn from it.
