Kennedy Molloy recreate artwork for Oscar-winning song ‘Shallow’

Triple M Drive duo Jane Kennedy and Mick Molloy have developed a liking for recreating famous images, with help from their creative team.

Previously they’ve recreated photos of famous couples including the British Royals, the Trumps, and of Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet in Titanic.

So naturally in the lead up to the Oscars, Kennedy Molloy they decided to recreate the album cover for nominated track ‘Shallow’ from A Star Is Born.

They made a pretty convincing Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper, with the song going on to win the Academy Award for Best Original Song.

“We feel we can relate to the characters Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga play in the movie… a drunk and a diva,” Mick & Jane told Radio Today.

“The song title also pretty much sums us both up. Shallow.”

The image was also used in Triple M marketing material, being turned into digital banners that ran on news.com.au alongside all of their Oscar reporting this week.
