Hot FM’s #givebloodforbrayd

Two weeks back Toowoomba was rocked by the news of 23 year old boxing champ Braydon Smith’s passing after a bout.  HOT FM’s Hamish & Tanya have been rallying the Garden City with #givebloodforbrayd,  not only in Braydon’s memory but to help out the 1 in 3 people that require blood each and every day.

In the 24 hours since launching the push, heaps have been rolling up their sleeves to donate at the T-Bar blood bank.

“Brayd was a giving person, he always wanted to give blood, however he was unable to and disappointed he couldn’t”, said  James O’Shea who is a close friend of the Smith family.
