Gold FM Grand Final fever

Staff Writer

In the lead up to Melbourne’s biggest sporting day of the year, Brig and Lehmo had a huge show with a Grand Final Breakfast from the rooftop at GOLD104.3 in Richmond.

Avid Geelong supporter Premier Denis Napthine changed his allegiance to support the Hawks throwing down the gauntlet to the New South Wales Premier Mike Baird with the loser of the Grand Final to wear the opposing team’s colours and tie in Parliament.

“This was one of our best Grand Final Show line-ups and Mike Brady’s “Up There Cazaly” always sets you up for the Grand Final festivities, “ said Brigitte Duclos.

Ahead of marching in the Grand Final Parade and playing in the final itself, GOLD104.3’s Jarryd Roughead talked through how the Hawks have been preparing ahead of Saturday’s Grand Final.

“I was very excited to host a star-studded line-up for our GF Show, however I went off them one by one as they tipped the Sydney Swans – except Paul Salmon who remained loyal to the Hawks.” Said Lehmo
