Glenn Wheeler heads home

After 321 days in Hospital, Glenn Wheeler got to go home today for good.

Glenn’s son Dane posted on Facebook: “… an amazing moment and we are thrilled to have him home – he is absolutely pumped! Here’s to further progress and better health mate”.

He also thanked everyone at both the St George Hospital and the Liverpool Brain Injury Unit saying: “you saved his life and have given him a second chance.”

In February Glenn was hit by a van while riding his motor scooter in Sydney, he was left with serious head and leg injuries and placed in an induced coma.
