96fm in Perth have been testing “The Power of the Fitz” since a friend of Fitzi’s was pulled over for talking on his phone while driving, but was let off when he mentioned he was helping his friend Fitzi “from the radio” with something.

Now 96fm listeners are on a mission to see how many discounts they can get just by mentioning Fitzi’s name. 

A free upgrade at Maccas, a 15 buck discount on a ‘hot laps’ birthday presnt and one guy even got lucky when he mention his ‘mate’ Fitzi’s name in the bedroom to his tired wife.

To see how far they can go with “The Power of the Fitz” they have  created a discount card and invited businesses all across Perth to call in and offer discounts and benefits for anyone who shows the card or mentions Fitzi’s name.
