Chris Minns’ uncanny Trump impersonation leaves Beau Ryan stunned
Chris Minns has revealed an unexpected hidden talent on live radio. As well as being Premier of New South Wales – it just so happens he can do a frighteningly accurate impersonation of Donald Trump.
Appearing on Triple M Sydney Breakfast with Beau, Cat & Woodsy this morning, Minns launched into a hilarious Trump impression after the team revealed they’d heard rumours about his presidential mimicry.
With Beau currently in Washington DC, Minns welcomed him in full Trump fashion, declaring: “Nothing screams democracy like the UFC” before launching into a series of classic Trump-style remarks including “They’re eating our cats, they’re eating our dogs!”
The Premier also joked about Melania Trump and her recent documentary before taking a cheeky swipe at the First Lady by labelling it “boring”.
To which Beau remarked “I don’t know if I’m jetlagged, or if I’m hallucinating, or if this is happening. That’s the best thing I’ve ever seen.”
