APN confirm 5 directors departure

After a day of absolute turmoil APN have confirmed the departure of the Chairman, Peter Hunt (right), CEO Brett Chenoweth, and three independent directors, Melinda Conrad, John Harvey and John Maasland.

In a release to the ASX tonight (reprinted below), the departing directors position was described as 'untenable'.

APN will announce its full year results to the market this thursday.
