Will McMichael appointed SCA head of regional media sales

Southern Cross Austereo has appointed Sydney group sales manager Will McMichael to head of regional media sales.

McMichael has spent more than 11 years in leadership roles in regional and metro markets both in Australia and overseas and came to SCA from UAE company Gulf News where he served as head of advertising.

His new role as head of regional media sales sees him take responsibility for the overall strategic direction and leadership of regional radio and TV sales.

McMichael will also drive SCA sales strategy across its regional markets.

“Will’s exemplary performance, global experience and outstanding leadership has had an enormous impact on the Sydney team over the past twelve months”, said chief sales officer Brian Gallagher.
